The maya23 platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and above. maya23 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. All registrations require identity and age verification through KYC document submission — accounts opened with falsified age documentation will be immediately suspended upon discovery.
If maya23 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete all such data and, where required, report the matter to PAGCOR.
