These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the maya23 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and account features. All accounts are subject to government ID verification (KYC). Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active maya23 account. Multi-accounting — creating duplicate accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
maya23 is required by PAGCOR to provide responsible gaming tools to all registered players: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Using these tools is your right as a player, and maya23 will never make them difficult to access or apply.
All promotional bonuses at maya23 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using maya23, you submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and the regulatory authority of PAGCOR. maya23 is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and maya23 ("maya23," "we," "us," "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of maya23.org and all services made available through it, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, e-sabong, promotional offers, and account management features.
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the maya23 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the maya23 platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read together with the maya23 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

maya23 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by maya23 may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.2 One Account Rule. Each person may hold only one (1) Account on maya23. Multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — identified through shared personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other indicators — constitute multi-accounting, which is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts and any associated Balances, Bonuses, and pending withdrawals will be forfeited without notice.
4.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, maya23 requires all Players to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, and Voter's ID. KYC may also be required at maya23's discretion at any other time, including upon request from PAGCOR.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify maya23 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. maya23 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. maya23 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Philippine electronic payment channels including GCash, Maya/PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted methods are subject to change; current available methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100) unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms. maya23 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposit (source-of-funds rule). All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. maya23 targets the following processing times, which are non-binding estimates and subject to volume, banking hours, and payment provider processing:
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. maya23 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended and applicable PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. maya23 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant if no login or transaction has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. maya23 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts as disclosed in the Cashier section. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
6.1 Game Rules. All games on the maya23 platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game rules shall prevail with respect to that game's play mechanics and payout calculations.
6.2 RNG Integrity. All electronic games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited for fairness and randomness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles are published in the game information panel accessible within each slot game.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a malfunction, system error, game interruption, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game outcome, maya23 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the Wager to the Player's Balance. No winnings will be paid in respect of a voided round.
6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game. maya23 reserves the right to impose additional bet limits on specific Accounts where it reasonably determines this to be necessary for responsible gaming purposes or fraud prevention.
6.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting odds are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply. maya23 reserves the right to void sports Wagers where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the result is determined to be affected by match manipulation.
7.1 General. maya23 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and the specific terms stated in each individual promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are specified in each promotion's terms. Where not specified, a default wagering requirement of thirty times (30×) the bonus amount applies. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only have one active bonus at any given time unless maya23 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and subject to wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
7.4 Abuse Prevention. maya23 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from any Player who, in maya23's reasonable determination, has abused the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, wagering patterns designed solely to fulfil requirements with minimal risk, collusion with other Players, and use of prohibited betting strategies.
maya23 is committed to responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and its own internal policies. We recognise that a minority of players may experience difficulties related to gambling and we take our duty of care seriously.
8.1 Player Tools. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from their Account Settings at no charge:
8.2 Limit Reductions. Any request to reduce a Player's deposit or loss limit, or to initiate a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, will take effect immediately upon confirmation. Requests to increase limits or remove restrictions are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours from the time of the request.

maya23 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Balance and Bonuses, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR authorities.
All content on the maya23 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio-visual elements, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of maya23 or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the maya23 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of maya23.
The maya23 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are the registered or unregistered trademarks of maya23. Unauthorised use of any maya23 trademark is strictly prohibited.
11.1 Platform Availability. maya23 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While maya23 endeavours to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, maya23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if maya23 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 Cap. In any event, maya23's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your maya23 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Gambling Losses. Gambling involves risk. maya23 is not liable for your gambling losses. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the inherent financial risk of gambling activity.
12.1 By maya23. maya23 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent legal authority.
12.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, maya23 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, maya23 may permanently forfeit the Balance. Where closure is not the result of a Player breach (e.g., voluntary closure), any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following KYC verification.
12.3 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting maya23 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any qualifying real-money Balance will be returned following the completion of KYC requirements and any outstanding wagering requirement reviews.
maya23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, maya23 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login.
Your continued use of the maya23 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and maya23, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures as the competent regulatory authority.
For disputes relating to individual game outcomes, the final decision of maya23's technical team — based on server-side game logs, which shall constitute the authoritative record of all game activity — shall be binding unless a clear system error is established.
